How long does it take to get better?

If everything you’ve tried so far to escape physical pain hasn’t worked, and you know someone else who has done it and you haven’t, it does not mean that you cannot be helped.

It only means that you, like most people suffering with chronic pain, have never heard that there is a systematic, step-by-step process to significantly reduce physical pain and attain and sustain greater health.

And if you have never heard of this process and this approach, you’ve never experienced it.

Healing your body is a process. It takes time. I know that if you are in a lot of pain right now you do not want to hear this, but there is no magic pill that will get you better overnight.

But… time is on your side, because it does not really take that long to get to a pain-free, capable and vibrant body.

So why does it take time?

Breaking the vicious cycle of chronic pain requires a strategy that is acceptable to the body.

The physical body does not understand English or any other language.

The physical body understands movement and energy.

To ignite your healing process, you must work on all the three levels: mental, physical and emotional.

The Mitrea Pain Free System uses unique strategies that follow the path of least resistance and assist the body in restoring effective, natural movements that ignite a healing process.

We start with a powerful, clear, short-term plan for pain relief, and in 8 to 12 months we create the basis for the comprehensive, long-term plan for greater health and aging with strength, mobility, grace and vitality.

And our clients get better and get their lives back!

Love,

99 WAYS TO SIGNIFICANTLY HELP YOU REDUCE PAIN

I get asked the same question over and over again, so I recorded a litttle video about it.

Healing your body requires a complete change of mental, physical and emotional levels within you.

It’s not always easy to know what to do in order to significantly reduce pain in your body and feel better than you’ve felt in a really long time. It’s not always easy to know how to approach your body, what type of exercises to do and how to do them in order to get out of pain, stay out of pain and increase your overall health. Creating and maintaining a pain-free body is just the first step. You deserve more than simply not hurting. Once you are not in pain anymore, you can start enjoying life again, doing all the things that fulfill you and bring you joy.

Getting rid of pain is just the first step

For the past fifteen years, my work has continuously evolved, shifting from the fitness and exercise industry to helping people escape physical pain, to helping them attain fuller health. I am happy to say that my clients are thrilled to enjoy pain free and active lives.

The process of helping people through the – sometimes rocky – healing process led me to the understanding that there is a powerful relationship between healing the body and the emotional and mental aspects of healing.

It also helped me understand that getting out of pain is only the first step.

Why?

Because once you are not in pain anymore, you can start living. A healthy and vibrant life is more than simply not hurting.  And that is what fuels my day-to-day and year-to-year determination to do more in my business and in my life in order to help my clients.

In the video I shared how I allowed myself to be more vulnerable in order to show up in a bigger way for my clients.

Becoming pain-free, getting healthier and living more fully starts with you deciding to be more vulnerable too!

There is great strength in vulnerability because when you allow yourself to be vulnerable you are also willing to ask for help.

You never have to go at this alone. There is always a way. All you need to do is open yourself up to the possibility that it exists. And ask for help.

At Mitrea Wellness we are here for you!

Celebration time!

Mitrea Wellness is 15 years old!

Sometimes I can hardly believe that it’s been that long… Other times it seems like it’s been a lot longer.

This 15 year journey has been extraordinary for me; not always easy, but always offering me the opportunity to grow, to evolve and create transformation within myself.

Today I am celebrating the fact that I did not give up when things got tough, like things do get sometimes.

And this is exactly what I have been teaching my clients at Mitrea Wellness: to not give up on their intention for greater health and a better life.

Do not give up! Even when it seems that despite all your efforts things are not getting better.

But, with the right mindset, the right support and accountability… things do get better!

That is where the breakthrough is! It’s just following a system that gives you all these things: mindset, support and accountability. The more you make use of these three things, the better things get in your body and in your life.

Think better, feel better and get better!

Love,

Rucsandra

Listening to the body

I spent the first part of my life in pain, and I want to share with you one of the things that helped me create transformation in myself. As a clumsy child with poor posture and hyper-extended knees I sprained my ankles multiple times and even sprained my knees.

These injuries left my ankles and knees unstable. My feet were in so much pain that I couldn’t walk barefoot. A great deal of damage was done to the cartilage in my knees. Finally, I had chronic tightness in my hips and lower back. I believe that these compounded effects were the cause of a herniated disc in my late 20s; that pain was more intense than any of my previous painful experiences had been.

Because of all this damage, I felt fragile: I was incapable of long walks, skating, skiing, or any other sports. My body suffered in weakness and resistance—and the rest of me lived the same way. I felt afraid of life. I felt inadequate and stuck.

So how did I manage to get from where I was then to where I am today in my body?

My body helped me understand that it was capable of great progress, but only if I was patient and respected a certain sequence of events. Later, I organized this sequence as the Physical Strategies of the Mitrea Pain Free System.

Healing my body did not happen overnight, but it did happen. My body showed me what I could accomplish safely right away – and what I had to wait to do.

I learned to listen to my body.

Initially, my efforts focused on my physical body and I felt stronger and healthier month after month, year after year.

But the greatest changes came when I connected with my emotions and learned to employ mental processes that reinforced the healing taking place on the physical plane. As this discovery was unfolding, I continued to study the mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic aspects and began to create connections among them.

My journey from chronic discomfort, weakness and pain to enjoying life in a strong, flexible, and healthy body taught me that all of us are indeed capable of remarkable healing.

I’ve since dedicated my professional life to guiding others away from chronic pain and start living full and vibrant pain free lives. My mission is to teach others that their healing capacity resides in themselves, not in other people or in the outside world.

Do you know how to start listening to your body?

Love,

Rucsandra
