The physical body stores emotions at a chemical level – in its tissues. Everything you feel and experience leaves its print on our body at very deep levels. Sometimes it might feel easy to clear away the left over tension but many times, especially in more intense situations, we tend to hide it even from ourselves.

During this Stress Relieving Meditation Class you will learn a meditation that you can do at the end of every day, in order to clear your mind and your body of the events of the day, so that you can relax and attain a more restful sleep. During times of increased stress in your life, it is especially important to have a releasing method that can clear away the effects of the stress.

This meditation will help you let go of unwanted tensions in your body and your mind, your sleep will be deeper, more restful and in the morning you will have a clearer perspective on the previous day and on the day ahead.
