SACRED FORM MEDITATIONS – ENGLISH SAMPLE

The SACRED FORM™ meditations will facilitate your process of getting into a meditative state, with ease. Meditation does not need to be hard, and there is no “the right way to do it”. We have within the knowledge to reach this state by ourselves; we only need a little guidance. This series of meditations will make it easier for you to relax and find the peaceful space of expanded awareness.

Each recording will help you clear your mind and your body of the events of the day so that you remain balanced and calm, and not feel swept away by the circumstances in your life. Your health depends on your ability to stay in your centre and let go of unwanted tensions in your body and your mind.

The physical body stores emotions at a chemical level – in its tissues. Everything you feel and experience leaves its print on our body at very deep levels. Sometimes it might feel easy to clear away the left over tension but many times, especially in more intense situations, we tend to hide it even from ourselves.

These meditations will help you let go of unwanted tensions in your body and your mind, your sleep will be deeper, more restful and in the morning you will have a clearer perspective on the previous day and on the day ahead.

Since everything we experience has the power to affect us at a chemical level, it is wise to clear away everything that impedes our mental clarity, energetic cleanliness and cellular health. Allowing this energetic and chemical debris to accumulate in the body results in low levels of energy, restlessness, fear, a weakened immune system and, if left un-cleared for too long, discomfort or even illness.
