Please check with reception before your session to ensure your account is up-to-date. Alternately, you can securely log in from our website to view your account (if you would like to use this option, please ask us how). Cash, cheque, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Interac debit cards are accepted.
All fees are subject to HST. All Credit Cards will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment. Mitrea Wellness Centre is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates of additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
EXPIRATION DATES FOR ALL CLASS PACKAGES
All class packages purchased at Mitrea Wellness Centre expire in 6 months from the date of purchase, with no exceptions, unless you have the MWC Member Status (please see below). If you do not wish to purchase a package, you can pay on a class to class basis.
Please note that our packages cannot be shared, each client being required to pay for a full package or individually for each class.
We observe a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for ALL our classes and sessions. To prevent being billed for unattended sessions, we require a minimum of 24 hour notice for ALL changes or cancellations of booked classes or appointments, including the Reserved Times. Cancellations can be made by email, telephone or in person.
MISSED CLASSES DUE TO SICKNESS AND FAMILY EMERGENCIES
In case of sickness or family emergencies, without 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the missed class, but we are offering you the possibility to make up the missed class within the next 7 days, subject to availability. In case of sickness or family emergencies, we require notification by phone. Without notice we assume you will be attending your scheduled class/appointment and you will be charged full fee. Sickness or family emergencies notifications must be made by phone or email.
All prepaid packages are refundable, within 7 days from their purchase, less a $15.00 administration fee.

Some extended health care programs cover referrals by recognized health professionals. Contact your insurance company for information.
You can book your Equipment or ELDOA/MFS Classes ONLY three weeks ahead, unless you purchase the Reserved Times option (see below).
RESERVED TIMES POLICY
In case you prefer the same times for your classes every week, we are pleased to offer you the option to reserve your class times indefinitely, for a nominal fee of $200 per year. The Reserved Times Fee includes the MWC Membership ($70). You will not need to worry about finding the times you prefer or remember to book your classes every week. The Reserved Times will be yours until you notify us of any class time changes, holidays or prolonged absence. You can change your Reserved Times to different days, subject to availability.
The MWC membership is $70 per year, it is optional but offers many benefits and advantages. With your MWC Membership your purchased packages will not expire and you will enjoy “Members Only” Seasonal and Holiday Packages.

Any personal information will be collected strictly for the purpose of client records and communication of services, promotions and events. Your information will not be disclosed or shared with any third party without your consent.
