From time to time a client asks me why am I being interested in meditation, the magnetic resonance stimulation therapy iMRS, the water energizing Biodisc and how the power of your thoughts and emotions influence your body and its health.

“Why can’t you just stay focused on the movement aspect and do what you have always done?”, some of them wonder. I want to answer to this question now, as I am focused more than ever on how to be of assistance to my clients.
